I watch ”What’s my line?” On YouTube every night before I fall asleep. It’s comforting and helps me fall asleep faster🤷🏻‍♀️

Loved this, Olivia! I have been wanting to try mouth tape and I just need to go for it ☺️ a hot shower every night is huge for me and I love doing my skincare routine in bed and keep everything in my nightstand. It’s such a trigger for me to sleep!
