I love this list! I’m a morning person, which helps with most of my musts to be the best version of myself. Getting up before my son and getting movement in before getting ready for school and work allows me to be more present for him! 🤍
Hi Olivia, can you please share your matcha recipe? I'm also trying to make the switch to matcha. However, it isn't easy for me to mask the strong taste of matcha powder.
These are great tips! Do you have a devotional/bible or even journal you recommend? I have like 3 journals but have not found one to keep me consistent in my reflection and devotionals. Also-do you just use 1/2 lemon and pinch of salt for 8 oz warm water? Thanks Olivia-appreciate all you create!
You are correct that I do half a lemon and a pinch of salt!
For journals I have been doing David Jeremiah’s Romans study which has been great! When I’m between studies I always default back to Pastor Wayne Cordeiro’s daily life journal.
